We are a non-partisan grassroots organization, made up of people of every race, party, and socio-economic level, who are dedicated to restoring America to a Constitutional, limited, fiscally responsible governmnet; both in Washington, D.C. and Lansing.

Because we have recognized we are in a financial, constitutional, and moral crisis!
To be seen and heard by our elected representatives and President, to continue the pressure on them, and give them the message that WE DEMAND A RETURN TO THE PRINCIPLES, VALUES AND INTENTS OF OUR FOUNDING FATHERS; THE U.S. CONSTITUTION, and LIMITED, RESPONSIBLE GOVERNMENT!!!

 
The Port Huron Tea Party is going to Washington, D.C. September 12, 2009 along with many other nation-wide organizations that believe our Government is out of control.
 
Please pray for the safety of those travelling to DC.
 
Pray that their voices will be heard both by the servants of our federal government and by the people of our nation.
 
Pray that this event will not be infiltrated by those who would provoke or incite aggression in efforts to diminish our cause and advance our nation moving yet farther from the principles of freedom on which we were founded.
