Michigan Legislators Pursue Reaffirmation of Michigan's Sovereignty According to Delineation of Powers Under U.S. Constitution
|
There is a movement by states across the United States to reaffirm state authority over government matters that have driften to federal government over time, but which should be handled at the state level. The federal government is one of strictly LIMITED powers... the toughest issues are reserved to the States or the PEOPLE. Nationalizing is Unconstitutional.
Michigan's house and senate are fielding resolutions to affirm Michigan's sovereignty under the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States over all powers not enumerated and granted to the federal government.
