Silent Majority No More

Defending Freedom of Speech
Radicals Attempt to Silence Glenn Beck

Glenn Beck has publicly expressed what many Americans are feeling about our rapidly changing economy, government and society. He has dared to pose pertinent questions and to use his platform and resources to identify and research concerns and to educate the public. His has the fastest growing audience of any news-oriented program on cable. His love for his country, belief in her foundations and courage in seeking the truth are clearly a threat to those whose agendas oppose these values.

In hopes of shutting down his voice and influence, advertisers supporting his program have been targeted in a boycott promoted by Color of Change, a progressive race-based organization advocating social change. Color of Change has seized upon Glenn's observation that the president appears to have an issue with race. The organization has called Beck a racist and demanded that those advertising during his program withdraw their sponsorship. Many advertisers have succumbed to calls that they remove their advertising from Beck's show.

In response, a counter-campaign has been started to boycott those companies who have allowed themselves to be played by those whose goal is to radically transform the United States from a free capitalist nation to a socialized one under increasing government control. It is likely these companies are simply acting in a way they perceive to be politically correct, not realizing they are being used as pawns to undermine the very system in which they are rooted. These companies need to realize that the silent majority is waking up and that it will fight for what it believes in by supporting or abandoning companies based on whether or not they share their values. Companies choosing to distance themselves from Glenn Beck may well find they have alienated mainstream America.

Viewers who believe voices like Glenn Beck are vital, and needed in these times more than ever, are encouraged to contact those companies who have withdrawn their advertising from his show. Let them know how you feel. If you are currently their customer, consider putting your money where your mouth is and withdrawing your business.

A list of companies that have removed their advertising from Glenn Beck's show appears below. Should any of these reinstate their advertising, please notify this site's webmaster so it can be confirmed and the list kept current.
